English Language Development (ELD)

Students qualify for this program if their native language is not English. Our Kellogg community is host to many beautiful cultures and languages. For some of our ELD students, English is their third or fourth language depending on their life experiences.

Equitable outcomes and closing the opportunity gap for our historically underserved Emergent Bilinguals/Multilingual Learners is our district priority.

Instructionally, here at Kellogg we have an integrated program in which ELD teachers work with classroom teachers to either coach or co-teach to help make content accessible for all students.
